Rental Policies for Marylhurst Event Venues
Just a few policies, guidelines and tips to ensure your event is an all-around success!
If all you need is signage for your event on campus (and your event is NOT being booked in one of the designated event venues), please fill out this form and send it directly to University Events at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours before your event.
Film or video location
If you are interested in using Marylhurst University as a location for any film or video project please contact University Events at 503.699.6311 or email@example.com.
Individuals, nonprofit organizations and businesses renting facilities must provide a certificate of liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million prior to rental dates. In most cases your own insurance will provide this liability rider for a minimal cost. “Marylhurst University” must be listed on your insurance for the day of your event. The address for the university is 17600 Pacific Highway, Marylhurst, OR 97036.
Marylhurst University partners with Bon Appétit to offer our guests an array of event menu offerings and excellent service. Bon Appétit is the exclusive caterer of Marylhurst University and no outside food or beverage shall be allowed during rental events.
