Tai Chi Easy and Qi-Gong
The slow gentle Tai Chi and Qi Gong movements and stretches, along with various breathing techniques stimulate the energy pathways, and enhance the energy flow throughout the body. Some of the benefits from regular Qi Gong and Tai Chi practices include more vitality, a feeling of well-being, enhanced healing, and a strong immune system. Tuesday evenings and Thursdays at noon.
