Art at Marylhurst
We showcase not only work by Marylhurst art students, but also established artists visiting campus. Since 1980, The Art Gym (located inside the beautiful B.P. John Administrative Bldg.) has been recognized as a venue exhibiting some of the most significant and timely art of this region. The Mayer Gallery exhibits work by local artists, faculty, alumni and students. Streff Gallery, located inside the Shoen Library, serves as a lounge and meeting place and displays month-long exhibits of a variety of art forms. And our campus is home to sculptures by prominent artists such as Lee Kelly.
Summer term the Art Gym is closed. Streff Gallery space is open for use; exhibitions will resume in October. Summer is the perfect time to explore our campus and outdoor sculptures.
